pAt 616am Huntersville Station 1 was added as a working fire company for a structure fire on Brinkley Street in Cornelius. Cornelius Fire amp Rescue arrived on scene and reported heavy fire showing from the front of the residence. Huntersville Engine 1 responded with 6 on board and was assigned utility control vertical ventilation secondary search and RIT duties. Cornelius was able to get an aggressive knockdown on the fire with the assistance of Davidson and Huntersville. Huntersville Engine 11 was moved up to Cornelius Station 1 for coverage while crews were out on the structure fire.pdiv stylemargin 0in 0in 10ptAt around the same time of the structure fire in Cornelius Huntersville Engine 22 from station 2 responded to a fire alarm at the Econo Lodge on Torrence Chapel road in Corneliuss area. Just after clearing the Econo Lodge call Huntersville Stations 2 and 1 were hit again this time for a residential fire alarm on Brightpine Lane in Huntersville.
