HUNTERSVILLE STATION 2 RUNS ITS FIRST BOAT CALL OF 2012

p–13323347916910—-13323347916911—-13323347916912–At 707pm Huntersville Station 2 was dispatched to BelleIsle Drive in Cornelius for a reported watercraft in distress spotted on the lake near channel marker R1. Cornelius Rescue 4 responded to and established command at theRamsey Creek Marina. Huntersville Fire Boat 1 marked en route on the lake within6 mins. Upon arrival in the area Fire Boat 1 found a floating boat near themarker with no passengers. Immediate search of the area turned up no one indistress.
