‪HFD responded to a serious MVA on Hwy 73 between Babe Stillwell Farm Rd & Norman View Ln at 5:16am this morning. The accident was serious in nature & involved a fatality. Power lines were also compromised. We have cleared from the scene. Police remain on scene, investigating and Hwy 73 remains closed. #CLTtraffic ‬

Another route to consider to get west on Hwy 73 past the accident (Gilead Rd to Beatties Ford Rd)...#OneTownOneTeam***UPDATE***
Roadway is now open. Thank you for your patience.
